For self-hosted systems, we provide guidance on server configuration, network topology, security hardening, and performance optimization. Premium and Dedicated tiers include proactive monitoring even for self-hosted infrastructure.
Basic Support: 24-48 hour email response during business hours. Premium Support: 4-8 hour response with extended hours (8am-8pm EST). Dedicated Support: 1-2 hour response with 24/7/365 availability. Critical production issues get priority escalation on all plans.
Absolutely. You can upgrade at any time and the change takes effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. We recommend starting with Premium Support during initial deployment, then adjusting based on your actual support needs after 3-6 months.
Premium and Dedicated tiers include custom development hours (10 hours/month for Premium, unlimited for Dedicated). This covers feature customization, integration with proprietary systems, and custom protocol extensions. Basic Support focuses on core eIOU functionality only.
For Premium Support with 10 hours/month custom dev: additional hours are billed at $250/hour. For Basic Support: custom development is not included but can be quoted separately. Dedicated Support has unlimited development hours, so there's no overage.
